Joshua E. Bienstock, Esq. 

Joshua E. Bienstock is an attorney with many years of experience at his own firm, the Law Offices of Joshua E. Beinstock, specializing in labor and employment law. He is a panel mediator with the American Arbitration Association resolving disputes between the victims of 2012 Super Storm Sandy and their insurance companies. He has also been a court-appointed mediator resolving disputes between attorneys and their clients. He founded the Dispute Resolution Institute of New York, a dispute resolution think tank. For more than 20 years, he has taught undergraduate and graduate students at various educational institutions -- the City University of New York (CUNY), Cornell University, New York Institute of Technology. Course subjects include labor and employment law, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, dispute resolution, human resources practices and procedures, and business law. He has been a frequent lecturer at CUNY and Cornell addressing visiting groups from China and Vietnam on issues such as dispute resolution and contract negotiation. Bienstock holds a college degree in accounting from Queens College and a law degree from Hofstra Law School, graduating with honors in Labor Law. He received an LLM in Labor Law from New York University Law School.
