After the introduction of guests by the host Cao Qinyu,Tang Jiaqian made a speech for the Closing Ceremony of the Fourth Six-School Academic Exchange Month. Teacher Tang’s humorous and concise speech made the hall filled with constant laughter. With the warm applause of everyone, Tang completed his speech and then the lecture started.
First of all, to help students better understand the lecture, the host briefly introduced the Intention of lecture: Internet has infiltrated into every corner of our life. Since 2013, China's Internet Finance exploded and has quickly occupied critical positions of financial industry and its strong momentum of development can not be underestimated. In face of the Internet Finance’s sweeping trend, how can we interpret the relevant problems of Internet Finance from political point of view with professional law knowledge? From the aspects of the company, finance and decision-making, what kinds of opportunities and challenges can Internet Finance bring?
Then, Professor Li Zengquan and Song Xiaoyan made background introduction respectively from the angles of accounting and law. Professor Li mainly focused on the Internet Finance phenomenon of real life to deepen our understanding and arouse our thinking. He took the recent "Double Eleven" and the crowed funding film "Golden Age" as examples, which was released in October, to explain what Internet Finance is, and discussed China financial control briefly, which laid a very good foundation for the following lecture. The audience listened attentively and nodded from time to time.

Professor Song was more inclined to introduce Internet Finance with professional knowledge. At first, she asked a seemingly simple but cryptic question: what is law? Although almost all the students could answer it but they didn't expect that the teacher would explain law in the view of consumers. Students were more concentrated. Inmediately following that, Professor Song introduced when Internet Finance need legal regulation clearly. Students seemed to understand a lot.
Next, came the upsurge round of this activity, guests discussing and communicating. Different from the common lecture, this lecture took the form that two guests discussed about one question, which had more fun than one guest making continuous speech. The students were all ears.
The first topic is: how to treat the transformation of enterprise business model and its economic consequences under the sweep of Internet Finance? Teacher Li first expressed his views. He humorously said: I cast a brick to attract jade, which rekindled the atmosphere. Teacher Song added her view taking Teacher Tang as an example. Students got both happiness and knowledge. Then, the two teachers gave perfect answers to the following three topics :How to treat the perfection of the credit concept, mechanism and system under the Internet finance? How to view the information disclosure of Internet financial enterprises? Which factors should be considered? How to view the information asymmetry in financial transactions in big data age? And how to regard the protection of consumers’ right to know and the protection of personal properties’ information privacy? With the guide of two humorous and professional teachers, students were baptized in the harmonious atmosphere and knowledge and this part ended up with cheer.
Then came the students’ most anticipated Q&A part: lightsome face-to-face talk with knowledgeable teachers. Students were eager to ask and many students’ deep thinking even surprised teachers. Teachers also gave detailed answers patiently. Students understood the Internet Finance on a higher level.
