In the afternoon of September 26, 2014, professors of SHUFE Law such as Professor Song Xiaoyan, Professor Ge Weijun, Professor Tang Guanhong, Professor Fan Jian and four doctoral students attended the legal salon of “Strengthen the functions of the second instance, promote the legitimacy consensus”. The legal salon was hosted by the Shanghai No.1 Intermediate Court and SHUFE Law.

The subject of the salon was “Critical thinking of the application of law about financing lease contract dispute”. Professors and doctoral students made their comments on some specific problems, such as the subject matter of financing lease contract, the influences of the lease price on the validity of contract and the effectiveness of the seller repurchase contract. They also had an in-depth lively exchange with the judges.
