Legal English salon, as the first regular activity of this semester of SHUFE Law, was held successfully in the evening of February 27^th. The salon is a routine teaching event which intends to provide an effective platform for both Chinese and foreign students to communicate and discuss. In particular, each salon will invite some legal experts to deliver a presentation about some legal issues; all participants are entitled to free basic legal advice provided by legal experts invited by the Salon. This time, Stephen Frye, foreign professor of SHUFE Law and Zhou Tingting, a junior who has just come back from Stockholm University as an exchange student were invited to share the experience and skill of legal English learning with SHUFE Law students.

This event made a great success, which relied on the enthusiasm of students and the unique American humor of Stephen Frye. As the opening activity of new semester, there is no doubt that its success will lay a good foundation for later sessions.
